As promised here are a couple pictures taken during the Thanksgiving Holiday.    These Red Grouper were caught outside of the Venice and Stump Pass inlets, just about in the middle of Manasota Key about 15 miles off shore.  South West Florida fishing this year has been outstanding, be it from your boat or waterfront property.   Water quality and conditions have been perfect.   To learn more about the local water front and barrier islands take a look at my website www.floridabarrierislandsrealestate.com   Two days before these photos were taken my friend Alan and I caught a 40″ King fish and while reeling the fish in encountered a school of Cobia.  Within less than a minute of landing the King fish I hooked a 39″ Cobia.  The situation was a bit hectic so no photos were taken.  If you have any fishing questions or looking for more info about waterfront real estate give me a call or e-mail.
