The summer tarpon migration in well underway in Venice.  Pass crabs are easy to catch on the outgoing tide.  I’ve been fishing early in the morning or after work until dark with some success if the wind cooperates.  During the work hours today I was busy showing 3bed 2bath 2 car garage homes in Venice priced between 140-170K.  Most interesting is a 3-2-2 with a pool and 1,700 sq’ living space priced at $169,900.  In the group of home I previewed today two are available with owner financing (10% down, 30 year amortization, 10 year balloon at 5.75 interest) This seller states he looking for a 600 plus beacon score.  Not a bad day in paradise.
