Any property located on salt water with access to the Gulf of Mexico provides fishing opportunities from the backyard and everywhere in between out to the Gulf. I’m posting a photo with this message from my last fishing adventure just outside Stump Pass in Englewood. Anyone interested in fishing my Real Estate Territory needs only ask and the trip is on the schedule. It’s really the best way to see what South West Florida is all about. Any time of year there is a species to target in our local waters. Remember a bad day fishing is always better than a good day at work

Warm water in the Gulf of Mexico 80+ degrees this time of year brings the sharks in making them an easy catch. The mackerel have been around the outlets in large numbers due to huge amounts of bait everywhere. King fish and Cobia have been easy to find this summer just a mile or two off shore. I’ve posted a picture of my mortgage broker friend Mark with a nice King Fish.

On the business front can you say buyers market. The buyers I’m working with this summer have negotiated outstanding deals. Large inventories coupled with motivated sellers equal outstanding opportunity. If your a buyer and your being told to wait for a later date to make a purchase call me so I can explain what’s happening in the Sarasota and Venice market.
