Mortgage Interest Rates

For three weeks running interest rates on 30 year mortages have increased to 5.03 percent.   Still historically low and incentive to consider if your shopping Venice Florida Real Estate.   Lenders have tightened their standards, so the best rates are available to borrowers with solid credit and a 20 percent down payment.  15 year mortgages are hovering around 4.46 percent.   [...]
